You don’t need to identify as a creative. This course is for anyone interested in music & activating your inner creativity! Although once you do this course you may start calling yourself one!

Start with this course! The course includes links to the music, or you can access it for free when purchased with an album.

The course is designed to be bitesize sections, song by song, so each section should take around the length of a song plus a few extra minutes for the activation exercises (Or as long as you choose) There are two albums worth of 23 song/activations however it can be done in your own time and pace. If there’s a particular song or exercise you like, come back to it!

The course is to be done privately however I may do online zoom calls to go along with it, you will be notified with dates and these arn’t mandatory to attend
